New England College has a rich history of cultural diversity and we value the varied qualities of individuals and communities around the globe.

International students applying to NEC must meet the same admission standards and proof of eligibility as non-international students. Additionally, international students must provide the following documentation:

  1. Official transcripts

  2. Proof of citizenship

  3. Proof of English language proficiency

Documents in a language other than English should be accompanied by certified English translations. Certification must be done by an officer of the educational institution or by a U.S. official.

If required, international applicants should submit their scores on the Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL), the International English Language Testing System (IELTS) or the Cambridge English: Preliminary (PET).

We will review your scores to determine your eligibility for admission with or without completing our English Language program.
